A scene person usually wears tight, skinny legged pants like an emo, and they wear band shirts a lot too (just like their counterparts). but they tend to wear everything in super bright neon colors, and enjoy having somewhat kiddie-ish cartoon characters on their clothing (i.e. o kitty, miffy, gloomy bear, pokemon). I dont think that an 'emo' person would ever be caught dead wearing those cartoon characters. They wear a lot of accesories, the more the merrier. and things don't have to match colorwise, as long as it looks good together your set to go. girls wear mostly ballet flats, or the clic vans shoes. They also wear very large sungles, or aviators, mostly in white or black. While the 'scene' hairstyle normally involves bangs covering the eye just as in the emo style, something that many scenesters are known for doing is dying their hair in bright, random colors and teasing it to achieve a 'oof'. Oftentimes they wear white studded belts. The typical scenester is noted for being very confident, bold, and outgoing, which is much the opposite of the shyness of an 'emo'. i looked in desc. and it looked like u needed to know.
