How to Draw Prince Gumball, Prince Gumball, Adventure Time
Here is a fun lesson that will keep you on your toes for a while. It is a tutorial on "how to draw Prince Gumball", step by step and if you don’t already know who he is, I will fill you in with the 411. Prince Gumball is actually the male version of Princess Bubblegum. He looks very similar to his female counterpart, and as you can see there are subtle differences between the two. Like Princess Bubblegum, Gumball also has a creature companion and his name is Lord Monochromicorn. This creature is Lady Rainicorn as a male, and together the two share everything even their dreams and wishes. This shouldn’t be a hard character to draw, and since Cartoon Network decided to continue to air the gender swapped characters, you may be seeing a lot more than you asked for when it comes to watching Adventure Time with Finn and Jake. Instead you are going to get Adventure Time with Fionna and Cake. Well, I guess that’s it. Have fun with drawing Prince Gumball and remember to let me know what you think. STEP 1.
Draw a circle for the head and then draw in some guides for the body and shoulders like you see here.
STEP 2.
Draw in the face shape and then make the shape for the neck, and then draw in the hairline as well as the outline of the ear.
STEP 3.
Finish Prince Gumball's hairstyle like you see here, and then draw in the simple face which is the eyebrows, eyes and mouth. Don't forget the small crown upon his head.
STEP 4.
Some princes have very stiff royal clothing that they have to wear. That is the case for Prince Gumball. You will need to draw out the collar, and then draw in the very round and large shoulder puffs for his top.
STEP 5.
All you have to do here is draw in the oblong shaped diamond pattern on the shoulders and then add a line in the middle of the collar.
STEP 6.
Continue to draw out the torso and then draw in the bottom half of the shirt like so. There should also be a very thin belt with a pendent or buckle drawn in the middle.
STEP 7.
Next, draw in the noodle shaped arms, and then draw out the small hands.
STEP 8.
Now for the final step, you will draw out the legs and then the feet or shoes. Erase any of the mistakes you may have made in previous steps and make sure to also get rid of the guides you made in step one.
STEP 9.
Once everything is cleaned up, you should have yourself an awesome neat drawing like you see here. Grab your collection of coloring tools and get busy adding some color to Prince Gumball.Comments: Post Comment
