This tutorial was requested by Dabiscuit. As flaming and glowing eyes are quite similar to draw, I've grouped them together. This tutorial only shows you how to colour your eyes to acheive a glowing affect, not how to draw actual eyes, but luckily Dragoart has many great tutorials on how to draw eyes ^_^ Now this tut will cover 3 different ways on how to make your eyes seem glowing, so just pick which one you like the best. I used photoshop for this. I suggest using either photoshop or gimp (although I do like Paint.net I couldn't actualy find a smudge tool in that XD) I suggest that for every step you use a new layer.
