How to Draw Mega Man X
Step 1.
Okay lets start this first step by drawing out some guidelines and shapes to make a frame for Mega Man as shown. First draw an oblong like circle for his head and then add the facial guidelines. You will then draw a vertical line for his shoulders and then the shoulder shapes. Next draw a mountain like "V" for the legs and add two oval circles for his leg guide shapes.
Step 2.
Now you will start adding the helmet lines and then the shapes of his round eyes. Next draw the shape for his chest or torso and then the outlines for his thighs and lower legs. The lower portion of his legs should be considerably larger than the top of his thighs. This is basically the suit that you are drawing out.
Step 3.
Next you will start to sketch out the definition lines that design his helmet. Then you will add his eyeballs and pupils. Finish this step by drawing out the crotch area of his suit and then start drawing out the lining for his right inner arm and hand. Now draw inner part of his lower right leg.
Step 4.
Now in this next step you will start drawing out the rest of the helmet detailing on the top and along the sides. Then make the curved shape of the top portion of his body where the collar is and then shape out the shoulders and then the lining for his forearms and left hand. You will then detail the crotch and then knees and then lastly the shape of his boots.
Step 5.
This is your last drawing step and what you will do here is draw the rest of the shaping details on the helmet and then draw the shaping details on his chest. You will then draw the rest of his fore arms and hands. You will end this step by erasing all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.
Step 6.
When you are done you should end up with a drawing that looks like the one you see here. All you have to do now is color him in. I hope you liked this tutorial on "how to draw MegaMan". I will be back with more in a bit.Comments: Post Comment
