How to Draw Pinkie Pie, My Little Pony, Pinkie Pie

1

To start this lesson right, you will need to draw two shapes, one circle for the head, and the other shape for the body should look like an egg.

2

The next thing you want to do is draw out the side profile of Pinkie Pie's face viewed as a side profile. All you have to do is draw the forehead, snout, mouth, chin and chest. Next, draw in the shape of her ear, and then some of her long curly mane

3

Before moving further with the mane, we will first need to draw in her great big pretty friendly eyes. Start with a top eyelid line, and then draw in the lashes, and oblong shapes of her eyeballs. Make some pupils and then add a dash for her nose hol

4

Now you can finish drawing out her widely curly mane which has a nice arched bang that sits pretty high. Add some detailing and then move along to step five.

5

Draw the front of her legs and make sure the bottom of the legs are straight for the hooves. Draw in some of her stomach and proceed on.

6

Now it's time to draw her hind legs and then the rest of her body. When that is done make sure that the lines are straight and even.

7

The next thing to do is draw out her wicked crazy style tail and as you can see this is going to be quite easy to do because you are just making twirly lines.

8

Erase all the guides you drew in step one and then draw in the three balloons on her thigh.

9

Here is what your new My Little Pony star looks like when you are all done. Color her in to look as pink as her name. I hope you liked learning how to draw Pinkie Pie.

Description: Here is a lesson on a very pretty pony that is one of the main characters in the new My Little Pony series that has been airing on The Hub since late 2010. The character that I am going to submit is bubbly, cute, and full of pinkie goodness. Without further ado, lets learn "how to draw Pinkie Pie", step by step. Pinkie is one of the ponies that handles all the details for the parties that are thrown around the village. Aside from being very creative, she also has an awesome sense of humor, she can be very talkative, and she is also known to be a little naïve. Pinkie has the tendencies to pull silly pranks on her fellow ponies but she will never try anything too exciting on Fluttershy because like her name suggests, she is just too shy, or sensitive for a better word. Anyways, she is going to be a really fun animal character to draw from one of the oldest cartoons or franchises around. No matter if you’re fifteen or twenty, learning "how to draw Pinkie Pie" is going to be fun regardless. I have to gallop on out of here for now but I will return. Stay tuned in for more drawing fun on Dragoart.com.
