How to Draw Chibi Nicki Minaj
I have a special treat for you guys today, a tutorial on a character from the music and entertainment industry that is becoming quite popular. I decided to make this lesson on a chibi version of a female rapper that has a new hit song called ‘Super Bass’. Today you will be learning "how to draw chibi Nicki Minaj", step by step. She is a talented hip hop artist that has an entertaining way of rapping. Even though her music isn't my style, a lot of people that come to Dragoart love her works. This chibi version of her is exactly what folks have been asking me for since last week. I already have a tutorial on a portrait of Nicki Minaj, and if you want to check that out you can find it in the portraits section or it may even be in the music category of Dragoart. This lesson is going to be very easy to tackle and complete because I didn’t go crazy with outrageous detailing and definition. A good way to start the lesson is to look through each step first, and then go back to step one to begin the tutorial. When you familiarize yourself with what’s to come, it’s a whole lot easier to go about the task before you. I guess that’s it guys, I will let you get busy with drawing chibi Nicki Minaj and when you’re done let me know how you liked it. Peace out people and enjoy!

STEP 1.
Draw a circle for the head, and then draw out the body shapes like you see here. Since this is a chibi, everything except the head will be drawn in a small manner.
STEP 2.
Okay, sketch out the shape of her face in chibi form, and then draw out the straight line for her bangs that covers most of her eyelids.
STEP 3.
Now that you have reached step three, you are considered to be half way through this lesson. Begin sketching out the shapes of chibi Nicki Minaj's eyes and notice how the lids peak out a bit. Make the lining for the bottom lid bolder then the top, and then sketch in some blush marks on her cheeks. The last thing you need to do is draw out her lips.
STEP 4.
You will now draw out the rest of her hairstyle and the length is right where her hands are resting on her hips. Draw the shoulders and arms, and then some of her right hand.
STEP 5.
Draw out the rest of her torso and then draw the sleeveless top. Sketch out her legs and big badonka, and then be sure to make her feet pointed.
STEP 6.
You can draw the other hump or lump for the right breast and give this girl some cleavage. Once that is done draw the shirt and pant line, add a belly button, and then draw the seams for the pants as well as the hem. Erase the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one to clean up the drawing.
STEP 7.
