How to Draw Dry Bones
I finally thought it was time to do a tutorial on another character from the Mario game series. This figure isn’t going to be on anyone that holds his own, but still, he is a very popular character from the game that is loved, feared, and even sometimes hated. Today I will teach you "how to draw Dry Bones", step by step. Dry Bones is the skeletal or dead version of a Koopa Troopa. Dry Bones made its first debut appearance in Mario Bros. 3, and from there he is a character that has blown up considerably. He is sometimes or almost always accompanied by Boo, and together they make it almost impossible to get through some really tough boards. Even though Dry Bones is a skeleton, he gets up in less than a minute when he is struck down. It’s like when you stomp on his head, or spit a fire or ice ball at him, he either freezes, or collapses to the ground. He is a pretty easy character to replicate and I think you will find that learning "how to draw Dry Bones" is going to be a breeze. I think you will find this lesson very entertaining, and when you’re done you will have another Mario character to add to your drawing book. Adios people and have an awesome drawing day!

STEP 1.
Draw out two circles, one for the head, and the other for the lower part of the body. Add a face guide and move to step two.
STEP 2.
Now you can use the head shape that you drew in step one to completely draw out the entire head structure of the dead Koopa Troopa. Don't forget to add the nostril holes, and then move to step three.
STEP 3.
Now all you have to do is draw out the large oval shaped eyes, and then color them in leaving behind two small white dots. Draw the two lines along the upper jaw for teeth impressions, and proceed on.
STEP 4.
It's time to draw out the body beginning with the collar or neck base, and then draw out the skeletal shell on the back. Make a groove for the gloved hands like you see here.
STEP 5.
Draw out the clutched gloved hands like so, and then draw in the finger lines. Once that is done make the lines on the front part of the shell, and then draw out the shapes on the back of the shell.
STEP 6.
There is no legs, but as you can see there is only feet or shoes. You can now draw out the feet or shoes and then move to step seven which will be your last drawing step.
STEP 7.
Let's finish off this tutorial. Draw in the shoe soles, and then start erasing the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.
STEP 8.
