How to Draw Rufus, Kim Possible
Kim Possible is a cartoon series that has been airing for quite some time now, and its amazing me that I still get requests for lessons on some of the shows characters. Lately I have been getting a ton of e-mails asking if I can make a tutorial on "how to draw Rufus", step by step. If you are one of those members that asked for this lesson, you already know that Rufus is Ron's pet mole. He isn't any mole though, he is a naked mole as well as an accomplice to Kim and Ron whenever that go on missions. I know what your thinking, “why on earth would somebody want to have a naked mole for a pet”? The question is a good one, but the reason why Ron has a pet mole is even better. You see, Ron has always had an imaginary friend that he called Rufus. Now since Ron's dad has real bad allergies, the only type of animal he could have as a pet is something without any fur, hair, or anything else that produces pet dander. One day Ron went to a Smarty Mart and came across this animal that looked free from all aliments that can cause his father to be allergic. He bought the odd looking naked mole and named him Rufus. Nowadays Ron has a new best friend, and somebody he can really talk to, even if he doesn't actually talk back. Learning "how to draw Rufus" is going to be fairly easy, and when you're done you will have Ron's pet to actually stand by his side. I hope you enjoy, and try and stay tuned for more exciting fun. STEP 1.
Begin by drawing a round shape for the head, and then draw out the body shape like you see here. Lastly, draw one face guide like so.
STEP 2.
Thicken the lining you drew for the head, and then draw a big oblong shape for Rufus' tooth, or teeth.
STEP 3.
Color in two eyeballs, and then draw a V for the nose. Make a line in the middle of the tooth shape, and then sketch in some whiskers, and bags under the eyes.
STEP 4.
Here you will draw out the entire body as well as the tail, leg, and foot.
STEP 5.
For your last drawing step all you have to do is draw out the arms, sharp nails, and the other leg, foot, and toe nails on both feet. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.
STEP 6.
Look how awesome and easy it was to draw Rufus from Kim Possible. Now you can color in this figure to your liking.Post a comment
