How to Draw Roses for Kids
Hey guys, how are all you die hard MCR fans digging the new Gerard Way lesson? Well I guess you could say Mr. Way was my complex lesson of the day. It's time for me to submit the other “for kids” tutorial that I had planed on submitting. It will show you "how to draw roses for kids", step by step. I know I have a lot of tutorials on roses and I even have one on a simple rose for kids. Sometimes it can be hard tackling a concept when more than one rose is involved because placing the two flowers side by side can be a little tricky to draw as a pair. I was going to make this a lesson on two fully bloomed roses, but I thought that rose buds would be more desirable to attempt. Whenever I make something in the for kids section I always make sure that a novice artist can learn from the tutorial no matter what it is. Well that does it for me, I am going to call it a night as far as tutorials go, and move onto something else. STEP 1.
Start by drawing two circles like you see here and be sure that they are the same size.
STEP 2.
Now begin drawing the pedal lining for the rose buds until your drawing looks like the one you see before you now.
STEP 3.
Draw the lips or flaps of the rose bud pedals like so, and then draw in a swirl inside of the middle of the flower.
STEP 4.
Draw out the entire shape of each rose like you see here until you get the shapes of two bulb like flowers. Be sure to add the pedal points too.
STEP 5.
Finally, draw out the thick stems, and then draw the bedding leaves like so. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.
STEP 6.
Here it is when you are all done. This is a great drawing to color in when you have finished drawing your roses for kids.Post a comment
