How to Draw Mike Wazowski
OMG, I am so excited to be uploading this character from one of Disney/Pixar's most brilliant movies called 'Monsters Inc'. Today I am going to teach you "how to draw Mike Wazowski", step by step. Mike is one of my favorite character figures from the film. I think there's a few factors that makes that possible. One: he is a small round one eyed monster with skinny limbs. Two: he is Sulley's best friend, and three: he is voiced by one of my favorite comedians, Billy Crystal. Michael is so hilarious in the movie and I think that pairing voices of John Goodman and Billy Crystal together was a very smart idea. Each monster character totally matches each real life actor that provides their voices. As you can imagine Mike is going to be easy to draw. I mean, a lot easier than drawing Sulley that is. I don't know how many of you haven't seen Monsters Inc before, but it is a really good family movie that is not only entertaining, but it's also a heartfelt movie that will make a tear heard from your eyeball. Mike is responsible for Sulley's station on the scar floor which means he is the one that places and removes the scream containers from the collector machine. He is also the boyfriend of Jennifer Tilly's character Celia Mae. She is a monster that has a Medusa theme going on. Her hair has a bunch of crazy snakes slithering around. She is also the secretary or receptionist for the front desk of Monster Inc. Anyways, I think you will have fun learning "how to draw Mike Wazowski" because he is such a fun character from Disney/Pixar's Monsters Inc. Thanks for joining me everyone, be sure to do so again.

STEP 1.
First things first. Start with a large circle which is going to be for Mikes entire body concept. Draw in the guidelines for his face, and legs like so.
STEP 2.
Here you will now thicken the lining that you drew in step one but in a shapely way to form Mike's body. Leave two empty area's for his leg and arm connections.
STEP 3.
Now it's time to get those skinny arms drawn out. Do this by starting at the sides of Mike's body, and then at the same time, draw in his hands as well. Be sure to give Mike that thumbs up!
STEP 4.
After you are done with this step, you will be almost done with this entire lesson. Here you will draw out his large egg shaped eye and be sure to add that bottom eye lid as well as the definition lines at the top sides of the eye. Next, draw out his great big smile and frown lines.
STEP 5.
Okay, draw in Mike's pupil and color it in. Next, draw the small horns, and then add some detailing in between the middle fingers like so. Also you will need to draw in some simple sharp block teeth and a tongue as well.
STEP 6.
Wow guys, look how far you are finally getting. Draw out his legs, and then some of his feet. As you can see his thighs are a bit thicker on top.
STEP 7.
Let's finish off Mike everybody! Finish drawing out his monster feet, and then draw in the two toes, and toe nails. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.
STEP 8.
