STEP 1.
start out with a heart. then add a loop on the top.
STEP 2.
Now add this shape in it, with two points on the left side. (this is where the shine will be)
STEP 3.
Now add a little design on the inside of the heart. My design is a little plant thing.
STEP 4.
Darken the heart outline.
STEP 5.
shade in the heart, but not the design or the shine part.
STEP 6.
For a glowing effect, shade around the heart but leave a gap from the heart for the glowing look. Smooth out the shadeing around the heart with a Q-tip.
STEP 7.
