How to Draw a Bird for Kids
Now you will begin another fun filled lesson that is going to be on "how to draw a bird for kids", step by step. Besides the wolf I submitted, this is probably one of my favorite because it really is cute, simple, and a very easy lesson to follow. I have plenty of bird tutorials submitted here on Dragoart, but none of them are as easy as this one here. If you have been saying that you want to make a bird but you never found the right lesson, look no further because you have just found the tutorial of your dreams. If you are a kid, or a beginning artist, you will have fun teaching yourself "how to draw a bird for kids". Thanks for joining me with this lesson guys, and be sure to keep those requests coming in.

STEP 1.
Okay guys lets have some fun. Make a circle for the birds head, and then make a horizontal like in the upper middle part of the head.
STEP 2.
Here you will use the round shape you drew in step one, to draw out the shape of the birds body. If you look at the bird in this stage, I think you will find that it sort of looks like a boat. Draw out the two tail feathers as well.
STEP 3.
Next, use the facial guideline to draw out the two small beady eyes and make sure you leave some white behind. Draw out a small triangle for the nose and move to step four.
STEP 4.
Now all you need to do is draw out the bird wing, and as you can see this is easily done.
STEP 5.
For the last drawing step all you have to do is draw out the bird feet, and don't forget to add the toes. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one to clean up the drawing.
STEP 6.
Here it the completed bird when you are all done. Now color it in using your favorite colors. I hope you liked this lesson on how to draw a bird for kids.Comments: Post Comment
