How to Draw Link and Zelda

1

Since you will be drawing two figures, you will kind of be doing twice the work. Start by making the shapes for the heads, and then draw out the guidelines for their faces, and necks. Once that is done draw the shapes of their torsos, and then draw o

Okay, let's start drawing out shapes of both Zelda, and Link's faces. They both have similar faces structures, the only reason why Link's face looks different is because he is is being drawn on a three fourths angle. Once the faces are done, draw the

Now it's time to draw in their eyes, noses, and mouth lines. Thicken the lining on the top lids so they are bolder then the bottom lids. See how easy this is so far?

Now it's time to draw in their faces with a bit more detailing. For instance, now is the time to color in the eyeballs and pupils, and then draw out the eyebrows, finish their mouths, and add some detailing inside of the ears. As for Link, he needs t

Okay, as you can see Princess Zelda isn't showing any hair. Instead you will draw the rest of her headdress, and draw in the markings on the pendant. Next, draw her neck and dress collar, and then begin sketching out Link's crazy looking hair which i

Now you will start drawing out their upper bodies starting with the shoulders, and some of the arms. For Zelda this will be easy because all you need to do is draw one shoulder, some of her back, and then the left side of her shoulder. Link needs to

Keep going guys because you are almost done. Draw out Zelda's dress which is bent up like a mound. This is because her legs are pulled up near her chest. Once this is done draw out Link's legs, and then draw in his arm and hand which is resting on hi

Here is when you need to draw out the design on Zelda's dress and be sure to include the border around the design too. Next, draw out Link's boots and the rest of his shirt. Make sure that the tops of the boots are cuffed or folded down.

Draw out Link's shield, and then draw the bottom of Zelda's butt. Add detailing and definition to his boots, and then add definition to the shield. Erase the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.

Here is what they look like when you are all done. Just color them in and hang up this awesome drawing that you just completed on Link and Zelda. Thanks for joining me with this lesson guys!

Description: Well guys, after careful thought and member consideration, I thought it would be cool to submit a lesson that will teach you "how to draw Link and Zelda", step by step. These two figures from the Zelda video game series are the only two figures that get requested repeatedly for me to draw. So because of this, I thought it would be smart to just draw both of them together instead of separate. This way here you get two tutorials for the price of one. I also drew Zelda and Link in a very simple way so that everyone would find easy to tackle. I think I heard my brother say that there is a new Zelda game that is out and it has been out for the past month or so. I don’t know how true that is, but it’s definitely something to research because I for one am a big Zelda game fan. Anyways, if I find out that there is a new game out, I will see what I can do to obtain it, and have it in my possession. Well I guess I’m talking off base now, so let me shut up and let you get busy with this tutorial on "how to draw Zelda and Link", step by step. I think you will have a blast with this tutorial especially if you are a big fan of Zelda and Link. Peace people and have fun with your drawing day!
