Here she is, the chibi version of the pop singer everyone would love to hate but can't. I have received an enormous amount of requests for me to make a tutorial on "how to draw chibi Kesha", step by step, and so after a while of waiting I have the lesson for you all to enjoy. I figured I would switch things up a bit and make this chibi look almost like how Kesha acts in the spot light. I was going to add some glitter on one side of her face like she is almost always seen wearing, but then I thought that if the artist wants to add this feature they can do so themselves. Kesha's public and fans views her as being a massive party girl, and the reputation that she displays in her videos pretty much sums it up. She has a bubbly, very outgoing, and strong personality.
