This is Stefan Salvatore of "The Vampire Diaries" TV show. This tutorial of learning how to draw him in pencil, freehand, will be full of tips for anyone new and a refresher for a veteran artist like me. I chose to draw this picture of Stefan because he's looking straight on. The shadows make it seem he's walking straight toward you. Also the highlights bring a sparkle to his eyes and accentuate his full lips.
