How to Draw Clothing
This tutorial will give you 11 clothing styles for your character. It's especially made with bodies for mostly female characters. When you draw clothes on someone, you'll be needing to draw the basic body frame for your foundation. The clothing styles you'll be learning to draw is Bikini, Maid clothing, Bride, west girl, Chinese girl (qibao), student (japanese style), Kimono Lolita, Active girl, Fairy or ballet girl, witch and princess!

STEP 1.
Step 1: Ya,first i need model with a awesome pose here. Think about the pose and start by drawing a circle for the head, and then draw out the square body, lower body part. add the lines for face, arm and leg. (face on front )
STEP 2.
Step 2: Sketch out the shape of the head, shoulder, arms and legs, and then draw the eyes, mouth and nose for the girl. Ya, nice figure of girl here.
STEP 3.
Step 3: Now i highline the pink color part for the girl body here that need the clothing cover area, i also circle out the breast part and the "V" for lower body part = when she is wear the bikini or trouser.
STEP 4.
Step 4: Now start sketching out the clothing line(Bikini, Maid clothing, Bride, west girl, Chinese girl (qibao), student (japanese style), Kimono Lolita, Active girl, Fairy or ballet girl, witch and princess.).JUST MAKE IT SIMPLE 1st and sketch out the outline 1st.
STEP 5.
Step 5: This is the last drawing step that all you need to do is draw out all the detail= hair, dress line and other fixing part for each clothing design here. .Erase the line and shape that you drew in the Step one to clean up your line art.
STEP 6.

Thank you. ^_^ And I've been drawing since I was little, like around 10 but got more serious around 15 and 16. You can see a lot of my art from the beginning up til about last year here: http://www.gonline.com/forum/t.80329/
As for tips, yeah, practice a lot and don't give up. There will be times you'll want to give up and you'll discouraged but keep going. Also don't just focus on drawing one thing, experiment and widen your horizons, it'll help you out in the long run. :)
