I’m going to upload two or three more easy things to draw before the day is through. I know you must be getting sick of all the easy stuff going up, and like I said before, I have to keep with the easy things because there are artists out there that don’t draw well still, and they would appreciate some tutorials on easy things to draw. To start lets learn “how to draw an easy bunny”, step by step. I know I have a butt load of bunnies and rabbits on the site now, but since I received so many different requests for all sorts of rabbits and bunnies. You’ll find that drawing a bunny, you’ll have a lot of fun drawing it. The drawing took me quickly to sketch up and color nicely. I used gradiants for the different colors on the character, which I think suits the overall emotion. Easter is coming up soon, so you could perhaps use this bunny for a sweet and cool basket holder! Add some eggs around the rabbit so you can get the feel of a true Easter holiday spirit! Anyways, I hope you’ll have fun with this drawing as much as I did! I used my Wacom Intuos 4 L to draw accurately digitally, plus I use a very cool easy-to-use program, ‘Paint Tool Sai’. You can get the program for 50$ at the official site if you’d like. I highly recommend it. Well, I guess it’s time for me go now. I hope you’ll like to enjoy this lesson on “how to draw an easy bunny”. Thanks so much for viewing this tutorial and have fun! Don’t forget to use your imagination for the background, it will really spice up the drawing!

How to Draw an Easy Bunny

how to draw an easy bunny step 1

STEP 1.

Start off with the basic preliminary guides for your easy bunny. This will help aid you in the future for adding the actual shape and textures to the overall figure. I'd recommend to swiftly draw the ovals, reaching for a semi-perfect shape as possible. This way, you'll have more of a possible to draw the figure correctly.

STEP 2.

Here, you’ll have to shape the main frame of the body. This should be drawn with patience because it’s fairly easy to mess up your drawing at this stage. Start with the frame of the head and then the body. Notice how I don’t draw the arms yet because it will confuse you on drawing the core of the body. Once you’ve done that, work on drawing the legs, keeping them simple to the eye.

STEP 3.

Next, work on the inner facial details that glue together unity for your drawing. Eyes have to be circular to match the circular theme of the bunny. Draw a cute less prominent nose that won't drag away the attention from those eyes. You can go ahead and finish off by drawing the arms, base of leg (knee), and the fluffy tail!

STEP 4.

Lastly, add the large and floppy ears. These add a nice touch to the unity of the drawing. Add eyebrows and whiskers, and you're done!

STEP 5.

Here's your finished drawing! You can go ahead and erase your guidelines and such to have a much cleaner drawing. Color it and you'll have a completed bunny picture! I'd ink the whole drawing with Micron pens; they're a bit pricey but well worth the money. Thanks so much for viewing this tutorial folks, I had fun teaching you all!
