You will start this first step with a round circle for Oogie Boogie's head and draw facial guidelines. Now draw a rounded cow bell shape for his budging sack of a body. From the sack draw out two feet and then the guidelines for his arms and one for

Description: Who here loves Halloween as their favorite celebrated holiday? Well for me I love Halloween. Even though I’m old I still manage to dress up and go trick or treating with family and friends. I mean think about it, how do people know how old you are if you are dressed up in disguises right. It’s perfect, I can be anybody I want to be and nobody will know anything. The only thing that can give away my age is my size. Yeah sure you will get those people that say to you “aren’t you a little too old for Halloween?” My response to them is “no way Halloween is the one day (besides Christmas) that is for everybody of all ages” So since my beloved day is only like 3 months away, I figure another character for Halloween is in order. So in light of that whole conversation, I will be showing you how to draw Oogie Boogie from the Tim Burton movie “Nightmare Before Christmas” Now I liked that movie very much. Jack Skellington was an instant likable character for me even though he creeped me out a bit. Sally was a sweet and innocent rag doll that longed for Jack’s attention and companionship but he was just to preoccupied to see that. There is a part in the movie where the three kids take Santa to a dark and gloomy place. Not only is the place creepy, a certain individual lives there as well. His name is Oogie Boogie and he is the big bad villain of the movie. He is a monster that is made of bugs with a body that is stitched together from a burlap sack. Now out of all the monsters in Halloween Town Oogie Boogie is the only one that is truly evil. The other monsters are just there to scare people because that is what they are supposed to do. If you are from Halloween town you are usually a typical creature or monster that is associated with Halloween. Oogie Boogie decides to keep Santa and cook him up in his favorite dish, the snake and spider stew. But when Jack realizes that his place is to make Halloween better and not take over Christmas, he has to rescue Santa from Oogie’s dirty paws and send him back to the South Pole. He eventually destroys Oogie Boogie by pulling a piece of thread that opens up his bug filled sack body. In this tutorial I will show you how to draw Oogie Boogie the evil monster from Nightmare Before Christmas step by step. I hope you have fun and remember start preparing for an awesome Halloween cause Jack is coming back.
