Alright, before we go any further with this lesson, we have to move onto drawing the basic foundation that will build dear ol' Gnomeo. Start off with the essential guides for the head. I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but by beginning with the h

Let's move onto drawing the inner features of the face. Gnomeo has large set eyebrows, that hue in a brownish-red color. His face is usually fluffy or roundish with a trim of a beard; like a traditional Gnome! NO, that doesn't mean female gnomes have

Next, let's design the clothing for our Gnomeo. Start with drawing the hat and work your way down to the color. This is where you'll generally finish off Gnomeo's face too. Like I said in the beginning of the tutorial, this gnome has very thick eyebr

Here you'll start drawing his body! I ALWAYS start by drawing the center of the body, that way, you have an advantage of what you're able to draw next. Here, you'll less prone to make mistakes. Anyways, work your way to drawing the arms, and nubs for

Description: Hey folks! Just here to submit another tutorial quickly on "how to draw Gnomeo, step by step", from Gnomeo and Juliet. Everytime I type that name, I always fall into a typo, and it kinda pauses me distractingly for about 5 seconds. Anyways, this character is from a movie that'll be release in February 11th of 2011. Isn't it weird how fast the days go by, without even realizing? It sorta reminds me of a really good song I've been listening too :) For this character, you'll mainly be focusing on the details of Gnomes; you know, the little clay statue people you set outside your house by the garden? Like all gnomes, these guys from the movie of “Gnomeo and Juliet”, have large wizard-like hats, sorta like the Smurfs. They vary in colors, but this is what really identifies a Gnome statue. You can say whatever you please, but if a gnome doesn't have that hat, it's NOT a true gnome! Haha, I'm going off topic. It's kind of ironic how Gnomeo has the similar colors that of a Smurf! Well folks, I believe I have to move on now. There is still more lessons to come from me in the future! Stay tuned and you'll have lots of other surprises sparking at your feet.
