STEP 1.

Begin with the base lines and the first parts of the clothes and the bodies.

STEP 2.

Now you add the first parts of the faces and continue with drawing the clothes. Don't forget to draw the cursed mark on Sasukes neck.

STEP 3.

Now add Naruto's hair, his eye and the head protector. And there are those lines on his cheek.

STEP 4.

Now draw Sasukes face and hair. Don't forget his ear.

STEP 5.

At last you can shade the picture if you want :)

that picture looks cool i try drawing naruto and i did petty good but i had a little trouble with the eye i thik i can draw naruto and his friend but it looks hard mature mature mature ill ill ill jawdrop jawdrop jawdrop jawdrop jawdrop jawdrop poke poke x_x
