STEP 1.

Begin with the base-lines of the face and the clock.

STEP 2.

continue with his hair and the beginning of the head-protector. You add the Akatsuki-cloud on his clock too.

STEP 3.

Now you add the scratched symbol from Amegakure on his head-protector. You continue with drawing the ear with the piercings, then you draw the eyes (don't forget the Rinnegan), the pierced nose and the mouth- also with piercings.

STEP 4.

At last you shade it and if you want you can color it too :)
