You will be drawing two words, so you need to draw two rectangular boxes like you see here, to fit the words in. This is help you keep the letters aligned with each other.

2

You will now start sketching out the word "Naruto" starting with the outlining of the N, A, and some of the R as you see here. the lining should be uneven or crinkled looking.

3

You will now finish sketching out the rest of the letters for Naruto, and then begin sketching out the letters for Shippuden.

4

You will now add the inner lining which will actually form the visual aspect of each letter. Add the holes for the A and R, and then finish outlining the PUDEN for the word Shippuden.

5

Color in the O, and then add the lining for the rest of the letters like you did for the word Naruto. Add the colored holes for the two P's and then the D. Erase the lines you drew as guidelines to clean up the lettering.

6

Now all you have to do is add the dimensional effect like so, which is all colored in bold. In a sense you are creating a block letter effect.

7

When you are done, this is how your graffiti letters look when you draw Naruto Shippuden. Color them in, and you have just finished this tutorial.

Description: Someone asked me if I could do a tutorial on the letters or main heading of the NARUTO: Shippuden series. Of course I had to fill this request because I'm a fan of the popular anime/manga. As you know, the series itself originated as a manga written by Masashi Kishimoto, and he also did almost all the illustrations as well. The story follows a a teenager named Naruto Uzumaki who is a ninja in training. He goes on journeys in search of his dream of one day becoming a Hokage, which is a leader of his village. Not only is a Hokage a leader, they are also considered to be the strongest ninja of all. The original NARUTO series aired a total of two hundred and twenty episodes, and afterwards a sequel to the popular series began airing called “NARTUTO: Shippuden”. The only difference between the two series is, Naruto and all the rest of the other characters from the show are two and a half years older. Naruto, and his gang look older, they are more skilled, and they even battle or defeat stronger foes. I personally like NARUTO: Shippuden a little bit more then the original series, but the original is always going to be the first. The only thing I don’t like is how Disney is cleaning up the episodes. What I mean by that is, they are taking out the blood, and some of the mild gore. Anyway, this is going to be a simple lesson to learn from, and I think you will have fun when you "draw Shippuden", step by step. I will be back in a moment with some other drawing fun so stay tuned in to see what else I have up my sleeve.
