STEP 1.
First off, draw the guidelines for him. Make sure you get the exact shape of his hair, or it will turn out bad.
STEP 2.
Now you can draw his hair. The reason there are odd shapes in his hair is because without the shapes, the hair would be very plain. Mainly it's for detail, also draw his chin.
STEP 3.
In this step, all you have to do is draw his chest. Make sure to add detail to the middle and side of his chest.
STEP 4.
Now you have to draw his body. Make sure to add detail to his muscles and draw the hairs coming out of his arms.
STEP 5.
Now draw Goku's facial features, but unlike his original eyes, in super saiyan 4, he has a second layer under his eyes, and you can see his pupil.
STEP 6.

this is a tut, if i actually did my best work, i wouldn't be able to make it into a tut because of all the steps, go to my artwork instead of my tuts, i think you'll have to rethink that..
