STEP 1.

First draw the basic outline for all anime faces.

Now draw the eyes,nose, and beginning of the outline of the face in correspondence to the reference lines made in the last step. If you would like me to upload different style of angry eyes comment on it and I will. The key point of angry eyes is the diagonal sloping eyebrows.

STEP 3.

This is the step on how to draw an angry mouth. This is not THE way to draw an angry mouth it is one of the ways. If you would like me to submit more angry mouths I will. The key to angry mouth is the fang.

Last step! All you need to know here is about the lines on the cheekbone. These are a form of blush to show that he is frustrated.
