I know this lesson may seem odd to some of you, but I just had the urge to draw and submit a tutorial that can teach a novice artist, "how to draw winter", step by step. To tell you the truth, there really isn't nothing to it when it comes to drawing a winter scene. I guess I could have included some snowmen, or deer grazing along the snowy meadow, but in the end I decided to keep it simple, and just draw a few foothills, and some snow covered pine trees. I think it's best that the artist that is trying out this lesson, add what ever they want instead of me drawing it for you guys. As you can see from the image or thumbnail, the lesson is going to be very easy to replicate. When the Christmas holiday starts to roll around in only a few more months, this would make a great project to do because you can virtually "draw a winter wonderland" in no time at all. To make this drawing look even more wintry, you can draw wind blowing as it mixes with the falling snow, or you can use the other lesson I have that teaches you how to draw Rudolf, and add him to the picture. Whatever you choose will be just fine because you are using your imagination. I mean after all, isn't that what you call "being an artist"? Anyways, I do hope you like this bright and cheery lesson which will show you "how to draw winter". I do have two more tutorials still coming your way, so try and keep those eyes open to see what they may be. In the mean time, continue drawing, or you can just keep surfing around the site until you stumble upon a lesson of your choice. Until then, peace out!
