Are you ready to do this or what? Good, then lets get started. Start with a circle for the moon, and then draw one single line that is a bit curvy.

2

Using the horizontal guideline you drew in step one, begin sketching out the outline of various shaped pine trees or any other kind of tree of your choice. Notice how I made sure that not one single tree looks the same as the other.

3

You are almost done with this lesson. All you need to do now is draw in the pretty stars, and color them in as well as add some shading to make them look like they are glowing. Once all the stars are drawn in, you can then draw clouds the way you see

4

For your last drawing step, all you need to do is draw in some nice detailing on the moon's surface, and then color in the trees so they are solid looking. Erase any lines you drew in step one to clean up your drawing.

5

This is how your drawing comes out when you are all done. See how incredibly easy that was. Now you have a nice night scene that can be used with virtually anything of your choice. Great work guys!

Description: Hey everyone here on Dragoart.com, it's me your trusted friend and fellow artist. Today I will kick things off by submitting some really nice lessons that are going to be helpful to anybody that always wanted to create landscape designs that are used for the background of drawings. I will start by submitting this lesson that is going to show you "how to draw night", step by step. When I say night, I'm talking about the night sky. The reason why I chose to "draw a night sky", is because I was sketching outside yesterday and it was around ten o'clock in the evening. As I sat there with the sketch pad in my lap, I looked up at the sky, and gazed upon a beautiful scenery that was incredibly amazing. The drawing that you see before you now, is actually what I saw that night when I was in the yard. The high tree tops of the big pines played a big role on the beauty of the whole scene. The night sky was so bright, and like the drawing there was two big fluffy clouds moving into each other like they where about to collide. The only thing that I did differently from the actual night scene, is draw the moon to look full. This is by far one of my favorite landscape drawings, and if you enjoy beauty, you will love learning "how to draw a night sky", step by step. This would make a perfect background image for any series, or simple drawing. If you would like to see more drawings like the one you are learning from now, just let me know. Well, that's it for this lesson. I will be back with more drawing fun so stay tuned in guys, there is much more you will want to learn from. Peace out and have a happy drawing day!
