I really enjoyed watching the artist speed draw this awesome technique. In order to ”draw Rasengan”, you'll have to understand how Naruto creates it. He first lets out his hand and lets one of his clones power up the Rasengan ball. I've seen this technique in action and I have to say it's pretty radical.
