You can first start out drawing the triangular shape of the tent like you see here, and then draw the sides of the tents structure.

2

You will now draw the top lining, which is in an inward slope. Thicken the lining for the roof of the tent, and then move to step three.

3

Now let's draw the front of the tents surface. This is the opening, and bottom of the tents base like you see here.

4

This is your last drawing step, and all you have to do is draw the sides of the tent, and then the ropes that are pegged in the ground to keep the tent from collapsing. Next, draw the campfire, and flames. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in

Here is how your camp tent looks when you are done. All you have to do now is color it in, and draw a nice woodsy background. Great work guys!

Description: Wow, I can't believe that the first day of summer was like three days ago. It is was hot today, and the worst part is, it was really humid. There was a couple of thunderstorms that pasted by, but nothing major or nothing serious enough to cool things down, if anything, it got hotter. Anyway, this next tutorial is based on the summer months that are going to be filling our skies, days, and nights with hot air, rain, thunderstorms, and even tornadoes. What is one of the things that we do most of during these days? One major thing that families and friends do, is go camping. I will be showing you guys "how to draw a tent", step by step. A tent is a quintessential object that is needed whenever you go camping. Yes it's true that people sometimes do just camp out using sleeping bags, and firewood, and nestle around a campfire. But to tell you the truth, I'm not too comfortable sleeping out in the wilderness with just a sleeping bag and no shelter. I would much rather have a tent to spend the nights in, with a nice comfy bag and pillow. I know what you must be saying, “how is that camping if you almost have all the luxury's of home?” The truth is, I don't see anything wrong with that at all. The tent I drew is your standard simple looking set up. Even though there may be some discrepancies about how tents nowadays don't look like the one you see here. Still I think that if you are going to draw a tent, you might as well have some kind of creativity involved. I hope you guys like this lesson on "how to draw a tent", it should be a fun activity to do just because summer is here. I have to go peeps, but I shall return soon. Peace out people, and have an awesome day.
