How to Draw Hayley Williams
Hi guys, I'm back today after having an awesome day to myself yesterday. Here are some of the things that I did, I went for a long walk with my sister, I played a dice game called C-Note, and then I came home and drew a little, and played the X-Box for a while. It was a very hot, but relaxing day and I hope that everyone here enjoyed their Saturday as well. Anyways, let's get to talking about what I will be uploading today. There is only going to be two tutorials that I will be submitting, and then tomorrow I will upload another four. Now, remember when I submitted that lesson on chibi Hayley Williams, and I said that I was going to do an actual portrait on her which would include some fun facts about her life before and during Paramore? Well, this is that lesson. I will be teaching you "how to draw Hayley Williams", step by step. If you are familiar with the band Paramore, you should know who Hayley is. She is the lead singer from the band, and she also provides her talents behind the keyboards. She was born “Hayley Nichole Williams" on December 27, 1988, this would make her around twenty one years old. Anyway, she is originally from a place called Meridian, Mississippi, but at the age of thirteen, she moved to Franklin, Tennessee. Shortly after attending school in her new surroundings, she met future band mates, Josh Farro and Zac Farro. In the year of 2004, the band Paramore was formed. But even though the band was up and running, Hayley was doing solo gigs with artists like New Found Glory, and B.O.B. She also wrote, and recorded a song that is on the movie soundtrack for “Jennifer's Body” which stared Megan Fox as one of the main characters, it was a really good movie. Hayley also went head to head with Amy Lee for being second runner up in “Kerrang!” magazine as being the sexiest female. She lost to Amy Lee, but she did win two years in a row after that loss. If you asked me what type of music Paramore plays, I would have to say pop, punk, definitely emo, and alternative rock. I am a big fan of the song “Airplanes 2”, and I am keeping my eye on her vocal talents, and await her return in another song as a featured artist. This lesson came out awesome, and if you follow the steps, and instructions, you too can "draw Hayley Williams" with ease as well. That does it for this description, I will be back with one more. STEP 1.
Start by sketching out a large circle for her head, and then simply add the facial guidelines.
STEP 2.
You will now start sketching out the shapes of her eyes, and make sure you add that wispy line in the end corners of both eyes like you see here. When that is done, continue to use the facial guidelines to sketch out her nose, and face shape.
STEP 3.
Now you can start sketching out her hair line for her pretty simple hairstyle. Next, sketch out her eyebrows, and as you can see they have a nice arch going on. When that is done, you can draw in her eyes, and pupils like so, and then sketch out her nose, mouth, and crease on the left side of her mouth.
STEP 4.
Begin sketching out the shading around her eyes, and then add some shading detailing on the bridge of her nose, and around her nostrils. You will then lightly define her lips by adding shading detail on the mouth, and above her top lip.
STEP 5.
For your last drawing step, you will finish off Hayley's face by sketching out her hairstyle which is long, full, and full of strand lines. Before you do this though, you have to start erasing all the lines and shapes you drew in step one. Once that is done you can add dark shading under her chin, and right side of her neck.
STEP 6.
Your sketch of Hayley Williams should come out looking like the one you see here. All you have to do now is add some color if you like, and then that's it. If you followed the steps, I know you did a great job with completing this lesson on how to draw Hayley Williams.Comments: Post Comment
