1

Start your first step by drawing three shapes for the ox's body frame, and head. Once that is done you can add two line for the legs.

2

In this step, you will start sketching out the shape of the muzzle, and then the forehead, and chest.

3

Finish sketching out the shape of the head, and then add the horns, and one ear. When that is done draw the back or saddle of the ox as you see here, and then move to the next step.

4

Add some detailing to the ear, and then draw out the eye, and nostril. Color in the void for the nose, and then the eye. Next, start drawing the shapes of the front legs, and hind legs too.

5

You will now draw the belly of the ox, and then finish drawing the legs and hooves. Draw the rest of the tail, and then start erasing the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.

6

When you are done, your ox should look like the one you see here. All you need to do next, is color in this animal, and you are all done.

Description: Well, the only thing I will be doing today is uploading videos. Today is Saturday which means it is my personal day to do nothing but draw on paper, and chill-ax with my family and friends. There is a few lessons that I will be submitting today and tomorrow. Of those few, I will start with my second lesson that is going to show all you animal lovers out there, "how to draw an ox", step by step. Most of us has heard of this animal before, but as far as knowing what type of animal the ox is. These animals are strongly built, and they are most often used for plowing, transporting goods, and they are even used to pull wagons. If you wanted to refer to this species of animal in plural form, you wouldn't be saying oxes. Instead, the proper terminology is to say 'oxen'. So far, I still haven't explained to you guys what type of beast the ox is. To my knowledge, the ox are male cattle that has been castrated, prepped, trained, and disciplined to solely be workaholics. I mean think about it, haven't you ever heard someone say, “that there boy is strong like an ox”? People use this phrase to reference how strong an individual is. You see, the ox is a lot stronger, and more durable then a regular cow, bull, or horse. They are able to hall bigger loads, pull heavier wagons, and last a lot longer than a horse would. In places like Sweden, there are people that actually ride oxen for transportation. Pretty cool huh? Anyways, this is going to be a very basic lesson that will teach you "how to draw a ox", step by step. All the steps, and instructions are going to be easy to read, and simple to follow. I still have one more tutorial to put up, and then after that I'm outta here for the count. Peace out people, and remember to come back and join me tomorrow for another Live Stream drawing session.
