How to Draw a Neopet Draik
Step 1.
Lets start this first step by drawing the basic guidelines and shapes of the Neopets Draik. First draw a small round circle for the head and then a straight line going down the middle. Now draw a half circle to the right hand side of the face for an eye and then the shape of his snout. In the background you are also going to have to draw out the six lines that will be attached to his wings in later steps. Now draw out the rest of the shapes for this unusual looking dragon which is the skinny oblong shape for the torso, arms and legs. Now before moving onto the next step draw out the remaining guidelines as shown.
Step 2.
Now using the guidelines you drew in step 1, you are going to draw in the shapes of his wings and bat like ears. Start with the wings and outline the line you already drew previously. Follow this technique for the rest of the wing. Make sure you end up with a wing that is shaped like a bats wing. The frills on the Draiks' head is going to filled in the same way you did his wings. After that is complete, draw the outlining of his left eye and the shape of the lower portion of his face including the two pieces of skin that resembles a mustache. Next draw out the fingers for both hands and start to sketch in the shape for his feet and tail.
Step 3.
Now as you can see you are almost done. Start with the face and draw in the lining for the inner eye. Next draw out the frills that reside under his cheek or behind his head. After that is done you can finish of the shape of the wings by drawing in the bottom half as shown. Next draw the lines going across his chest and belly and sketch in two spikes down on his back near his tail. Sketch in the shape of his tail including the spikes and detail his feet by drawing in the toe nails.
Step 4.
Ll you need to do here is shade in the pupils and detail the right foot. After you are done with that you can erase all the guidelines and shapes that you drew i step 1.
Step 5.
Now this is what your neopets Draik should look like when you are completely done. All you need to do is color him in and add him to your neopet drawings collection. That will do for another easy tutorial on how to draw a neopet Draik. Comments
