Start with an egg shape for the front view of Pumba's head. You will then draw one horizontal line near the top of the head. Next, draw the outer shape for Pumba's body, and then add the tail line.

In this step, you will begin sketching out the shaping or molding of Pumba's face. You can start with the high pointed cheek bones or cheeks, and then draw the squinted eyes. Draw the lining for his curved snout too.

When you are done with this step, Pumba will start looking like himself. The first thing you need to do is draw out his warthog ears, and puff of hair between them. Next, draw the rest of his large snout with the tip being triangular in shape. Next a

Description: I have no idea on how many of you guys know that you can add tags to your submitted tutorials now. I will actually do another v-log about this cool new feature. Anyways, this next lesson is going to be on a character that I literally thought I had. As I was adding some tags to all the lions we have on Dragoart, it led me to all the lions and characters from the old movie “Lion King” by Disney. As I looked through the tutorials, I realized that I never, ever did a lesson on "how to draw Pumba", step by step. I was so freaked, and shocked, I made an appointment with myself to get this lesson done asap. I think everyone knows who Pumba is. He is the funny warthog that is Timon's best friend. Even though almost everyone thinks Pumba is a little light with intelligence, he is actually pretty smart. He always comes up with awesome ideas, and he knows the meanings behind certain things. He showed us all how smart he was when he was lying on the grass after a good meal with Timon and Simba. Timon blurted out how he wondered what the bright dots where in the sky. Pumba replied with an analogy that they were burning balls of gas that are millions of miles away. Timon laughed instantly, and brushed off his ridiculous response. Pumba has always come across as the lovable one, and Timon was sort of like the hard, layed back character that was afraid of everything. I really did have a good time sketching out this Lion King character. If you're a fan of this movie, then you will love learning "how to draw Pumba" step by step. This submission will make number five, with four more still on the way. Wow, that's a lot of tutorials isn't it? Anyway, have fun, and have a happy drawing day!
