How to Draw a Torso

Drawing a torso is definitely a hard thing for me to tackle. My best friend can draw really nice bodies. I asked her one day if she could make a tutorial on a torso. She told me a website that I could learn on "how to draw a torso", step by step. I wanted to share this tutorial with all of you artists that have problems on drawing torsos. It's difficult trying to shape the muscles, curves and anatomy of it. I think I learned a bit from this tutorial and I hope you will too. The human body is a fascinating thing, but so hard to draw! My friend said this tutorial was what helped expand her skills. I totally agree because it definitely worked for me. If you have another resource to share, don't be shy to post it!
