How to Draw a Head

So I was looking through the tutorials in the "People" category and I saw that there was no good lesson that shows you "how to draw a head". I mean, aren't you supposed to learn how to draw heads before you can even attempt to make a sketch of a persons face? That's what I thought. I found this drawing video and I thought it was pretty cool. The artist is "Sycra" and he does an awesome job sketching a head for us all. You can totally replicate this drawing too because he is drawing the head nice and slow. Its not the most attractive man in existence, but the lesson is helpful.
