He is very skilled, and just watching him show the viewer "how to draw a realistic ear" is amazing. The detailing and cross hatching technique he uses makes watching this how-to video mesmerising. I tried to find some other tutorials by the other artist that drew the hair, but his other stuff was only like 23 seconds which means it was a speed drawing of some sorts.
