I found this artist posted on Youtube and he is a fantastic drawer. This sketched drawing shows the viewer "how to draw realistic people". I think he is using a charcoal pencil as he sketches out some pretty neat faces or people. There is no better way to watch someone draw people then using the power of Youtube.
