There is this really cute image that I have been seeing all over the web, and it's really caught my artistic attention. The image is often called “Emo Love” and in the picture there are two people, or child like figures that are in emo form. They are usually seen holding hands, hugging each other, or just sitting side by side being affectionate. Because the concept is so adorable, I wanted to draw my own version of this couple. So for my second lesson, I will show you "how to draw Emo love", step by step. There is literally a ton of emo related stuff that you can find online just by Googling it. For example, if you want to look at some pretty cool images, all you have to do is type in “emo love pictures', or “emo love graphics”. There is also a variety of emo love poems, and quotes, and a variety of emo love layouts for Myspace profiles and such. With all this different info out there on this particular subject, you have to sometimes ask yourself, what is emo? The word emo is just an abbreviation for “emotional. Emo is not just used as a counter-culture term, it defines the attitudes, fashion, and personalities of individuals that society labels failed kids. These very same kids express themselves through fashion, and if you look closely, you can see why the term emo is used. These kids are sensitive, shy, quiet, and introverted. They like expressing themselves through poetry, and music, that talks about their feelings, troubles, and tribulations that is often associated with anger, confusion, and of course depression. Emo kids also have a style all of their own. They combine the style of punk, with their own concealing colors. This tutorial really coveys that childish look that.
