How to Draw Dante

1

Draw his head shape and then add the face lines. You will then draw the shape of his torso and then the sides of his waist, and hips. Once that is done you can attach the head to the torso with a neck line, and then draw the stick arm, and legs as yo

Begin sketching out the high stiff looking collar to his red leather trench coat as you see here. Once that is done draw the arch for his shoulder, and then sketch out the beginning spiky looking lines for his hair style. Dante has bangs that fall ju

Finish sketching out his hair and then sketch in his eyes, nose, and mouth. Continue to draw the leather trench coat as you see it done here. I started on the left by drawing his arm or sleeve first and then I moved to the right to work on his jacket

Draw Dante's hand and then his gun. Add the detailing lines to the gun, and then sketch out the shape of his body. I this depiction of Dante, I drew him wearing no shirt under his jacket. All you can see is the strap around his chest which is a holst

Sketch out more of the trench coat as you see here and then draw belt that is attached to the coat which enables him to tie his jacket shut when needed. After that is done you can add some skin definition to his belly and abs. Draw his pant belt and

Now all you have to do here is sketch out the tail to the trench coat. Like many of these jackets, the tail is split in two parts half way down the coats design. Add some minor detailing and proceed to the next step.

Begin sketching out his pants and or thighs as you see here and then draw the straps on his knees. Once that is done you can then draw the back opening for the jacket tail.

Wow this was a long tutorial wasn't it? All you have to do now is sketch out the rest of Dante's legs, and then draw in his boots and or feet. Add the straps to the boots, and then the soles. Erase the guidelines and shapes to clean up your drawing a

Description: For you Devil May Cry game fans out there I have a special treat for you all. Today for my second lesson I'm going to teach you "how to draw Dante" from the very popular video game “Devil May Cry”. Now even though I have played many games in my day, I can honestly sit here and tell you that I have never played this video game. I did however come really close to buying it when I was in Best Buy one day three years ago, but chose to put it back on the shelf to buy Grand Theft Auto instead. It was a hard choice but, since I had to see what all the hype was about with the PS3 and GTA, I was just too tempted. I wanted to let you know that tid bit of information because I don't know how accurate I'm going to be as far as the 411 I'm including with this description. Here is what I know. Dante is obviously the main character and protagonist of the game series. He is a mercenary that specializes in paranormal cases. Even though he is open to any type of case, he prefers to work on the ones that are in need of a demon slayer. Some of his trademarks is his short white hair, muscular built body, and of course his clothing and arsenal. Like most awesome looking characters, he wears a red colored leather trench coat, and uses either a firearm, or sword. Dante mainly uses his Ebony and Ivory twin handguns because they never have to be reloaded which makes things a whole lot easier for him when he needs to complete a case. Some swords that he uses is the Rebellion and Force Edge. Now, let's put away the toys for a minute and talk about how he also has supernatural powers. Because he is of half demon descent, he has the ability to transform into “devil trigger” which enables Dante to have more speed, regenerate health, and some awesome extensions that he is able to equip his melee weapons with. So far series has four parts: Devil May Cry, Devil May Cry 2, Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening, and Devil May Cry 4. In part four he is the antagonist, and the lead character in this game is Nero. I heard the the series is a pretty cool game, and I do plan on trying it out one day. But for now I will just stick to my manga and anime for my entertainment needs. Have fun learning "how to draw Dante", step by step guys, and keep your eyes peeled for some other lessons that I will be uploading today. I have to go but I shall return. Don't forget to rate, comment, and link. Peace!
