I will start the day by submitting another tribal lesson that is sure to please. I drew this design when I was thinking about all the different types of patterns that females like myself, would find interesting as a tattoo. I have some animal, and floral designs that are pretty cool, and then I have some symbols, and objects that also make cool tribal stencil for any person that is looking to get some new ink work done. But out of all the ideas that I have come up with over time, I think this lesson will please you all when I show you "how to draw tribal eyes", step by step. Of course there is only one eye that is in this tutorial, and that was done purposely. I figured it would be easier for you all to learn how to draw one eye instead of two. Once you draw the single tribal eye, you can repeat the process to draw the second if you want a pair of eyes drawn. Or, you can choose to draw the one design, and take it to your local, or favorite tattoo parlor and give it to the artist. The tattooist will then use the image, make a stencil from it, and then ink what you want on the body part you desire. Well that's it, now that you know what you are going to be getting a lesson on, I will leave you to it so you can get started. STEP 1.
This should be a rather easy lesson for you all to tackle. The eye is pretty unique, and you can even customize your tribal eye to your liking. Start with the lining for the brow, and then draw the wavy line for the eyelid. Add a dash for a guideline, and then move to the next step.
STEP 2.
You will now draw the bold edgy looking shape of the eye which consists of the lashes, and inner trim of the eye's design. This step should be completely about the tribal form of the eye's shape and style.
STEP 3.
Draw in and color the eyeball, and another dark border for the actual shape of the eye. Next draw an attached center point that streams off into a wispy pattern. Again, this lining too should be about a half inch in thickness like the eye frame you drew in step two.
STEP 4.
For your last drawing step, color in the framing of the eye and lashes, and then draw in and color the tribal drawn eyebrow which is broken up in three sections. Lastly add some spotting and then start erasing all the guidelines and shapes that are visible in the drawing to prepare you eye for color.
STEP 5.
Here is what the finished drawing looks like when you're done. You can choose to leave the design all black, or pick and choose between shades to add some vivid color and elegance to your tribal eyes. hmmm... all i have is a ps2 and a psp so maybe i should try out 12 and dirge of cerberus. But i think square enix really needs to remake the original FF7 (and put it on psp as well as ps3) cuz hardly anyone can play it anymore since its only on the ps1. I think that would be a great idea. theyd get old fans, new players, and people who like the rest of the compilation but havent been able to play the original, you know? oh and have u seen the opening cinematics for ff14? i looked it up on youtube cuz i was curious (and a geek when it comes to videogames) and the graphics are amazing! but u know i dont think im even gonna bother getting a ps3 bc theyre probably just gonna come up with a ps4 or something in the next couple of years or so :P
