The first thing you need to do is draw a torpedo shape for the outline of the sharks head. In the back all you have to do is draw the triangular shape for the dorsal fin. Add the mouth guidelines too.

Begin sketching out the actual shape of the sharks head and be sure to add the bumps and groves for the eye, and nostrils. The outer part of the mouth should have somewhat of a layered look. Next slowly begin sketching out each tooth as you see here

Now you will draw out the shape of the sharks eye and this should look like a soulless doll eye. Add some defining detail around the mouth opening and then draw the bed of water that the shark just emerged from.

Description: There really isn't words to describe this next drawing tutorial except, to tell you that you will be learning "how to draw a shark tattoo", step by step. The reason why I chose to do a design of this nature is because a few days ago I watched Jaws II and it was pretty bloody. More gruesome then the first, which wasn't that bad at all. I thought it would be cool to draw a sketch on one of the scariest sharks that ever hit the movie screen. Initially the tutorial was going to be called how to draw Jaws, but then I remembered I have a pretty cool tutorial on a shark that looks a lot like the one from Jaws. Besides, I really wanted to focus more on the mouth or teeth of this animal. Sharks or Great Whites, have razor sharp teeth that will tear a hole through anything they sink their mouths into. Each tooth is in the shape of a triangle and there is two sets of teeth in the mouth of this beast. The tips of each tooth is like an ice pick, and very sharp. This is a fun design that you can draw in your spare time, it really isn't all that hard. In fact, you don't even have to think of this drawing as a tattoo sketch. The head of this shark would make a perfect addition to any Great White project that might need to do in the future. Have fun with this lesson guys, and look for more upcoming drawing fun. Peace!
