How to Draw Princess Bubblegum
Princess Bubblegum is going to be one of the main characters of the upcoming animated series “Adventure Time with Finn and Jake”. As you know, I like being prepared when it comes to having characters from all different kinds of cartoon shows. Now because I know Adventure Time is going to be an incredible hit, I want to make sure you guys don't have to wait around for lessons on some of the main characters. Like with the other members of show, there is really no information on this very simple looking girl. She is said to have the DNA of bubblegum, which is why almost everything about her is pink in color. She has long pink colored hair, a pink gown, and a light colored pink skin tone. She also wears a yellow tiara which helps break up the pinkness about her. She will be fun to draw, and I guarantee that anybody, will be able to teach themselves “how to draw Princess Bubblegum”. The one thing you have to make sure you do is keep her away from the Ice King because even though the Princess loves everything, he is definitely not somebody she cares about. STEP 1.
Draw a round shape for her hair, and then draw a long vertical line down the middle. You will then add the lining for her rounded shoulders, and long arms.
STEP 2.
This is another simple step because all you have to do is draw out the entire shape of Princess Bubblegum's long thick hair. When that is one you can draw out her tiara like so. There should be an opening that will frame her face.
STEP 3.
Begin drawing her neck and gown collar as you see here. Then draw the shape of her simple torso and waist line. The waist should look like a belt.
STEP 4.
For your last drawing step all you have to do is draw her puffy shoulder sleeves, and then draw her noodle like arms. Finish off her dress by sketching out the shape and length. Her body should almost look like a soda bottle. Erase all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.
STEP 5.
Here you have it, a finished drawing of Princess Bubblegum. You did a great job, and the fun begins because it's time to color her in pink. How easy was this lesson huh? Great work guys!Comments: Post Comment

I was just recently crippled and can't walk and noone knows why, and now I have nothing to do but look up trivia, find this is based on vegeta, and draw them both, only to discover it was actually EASIER to draw vegeta then what is practically a stick figure.

Umhh, the only game I coud think of you're talking about is a Dragonball game, as the inspiration for this charactrer came from: wait for it...
Vegeta(srsly, if you saw the series, you know what I mean, does that make Finn Bulma? does THAT make that other thing YAMCHA? SHUT UP YACHA!!!!)

Actually, in the animated short on nicktoons that became this series, it was a redish color, but still not there, and as this is from March, 4, I'm not certain which version Dawn is basing this on, as the series premiered later(August I think)

This is quite likely the stupidest character ever made to be even partially based off a dragonball character(don't believe me about being base on db, look it up, don't believe that it's the stupidest one, then you're stupid, go play in traffic, that is my background)
