How To Draw Kyle

This is another tutorial on a South Park character. I’m actually going to try and do all four main animated characters from the show. Here in this one you will learn how to draw Kyle Broflovski. Kyle is the 9 year old Jewish kid that really doesn’t know much about his religion or heritage. He always fights with Cartman about religion and other nonsense. His appearance out of the bunch is pretty simple; he wears a green ear-flapped cap, orange jacket with a green collar, forest green colored pants, and a pair of green gloves. His mother Sheila is very protective over her son. She is the woman that has the red colored bee hive styled hair due that always instigates for a war between the US and Canada. Kyle’s favorite show is the Terrance and Phillip show, which is about two Canadian’s that submit x rated material to young viewers. Kyle’s father is a lawyer and kind of looks like a cartoon version of Billy Crystal. Unlike his other friends like Cartman, Kenny, or Stan, Kyle gets decent grades in school and he is usually the rational one out of the group. He comes up with clever relics for problems that the gang tries and solves when something needs to be done, and he also tries to give his friends good advice. There is an episode where Kyle tries to stop the war that his mom created between the Canadians because she didn’t approve of there behavior that was reflected by the Terrance and Phillip show. One of my favorite episodes is when they meet Mel Gibson to get his money back from the film he paid to watch “Passions of Christ”. Kyle felt that he needed to see the film to understand his heritage and religion, but the whole experience winded up being a bad idea. One thing I love about the show is how they keep the characters mysterious, like what does Kenny look like with his coat away from his face (which I only seen once), and does the South Park gang have any hair under those hats besides Cartman? If you think about it they never show you what they look like with no hats on, except in one show when Kyle and Stan are taking their school picture. Kyle has red hair that is puffy and curly, and Stan just has straight black hair like his father. No matter what the character of Kyle is another one that will be added as one of the funniest animated kids of all time. This tutorial will show you how to draw Kyle from South Park step by step.
