As you can see drawing a simple bird is going to be very easy. Start with a circle for the head and then draw another circle for the body. Add the birds facial guidelines and then draw the clutched feet and tail shape.

Here you will start sketching out the shape of the simple birds head and feathery cheeks. When that is done you can then draw in the birds outlined shape for the beak.

3

Sketch in the eyebrows, and then draw out the eye shapes as you see here. Color in the eyes and then draw the perched cheeks. Add the mouth line on the beak and then draw nostril holes.

4

You will now start sketching out the shape of the simple bird wings. Try and make sure that wings are almost the same size in shape and design.

All you have to do here is draw in the toes for the clutched feet and then draw the shape of the branch that this birdy is holding onto. Add some feather detailing to the wings, and then in between the chest. Erase all the guidelines and shapes that

Description: Drawing birds is an animal that a lot of children, adults, and teens like sketching because in all reality, there are some really pretty looking birds in existence. I love drawing these sky soaring animals because they remind me of freedom, and grace. If I had a choice to pick ten birds that I wish I could be, I would have to put a bird on that unrealistic list. I say “unrealistic” because that is exactly what what such a concept would actually be. Nonetheless, I will still submit this lesson that will show you “how to draw a simple bird, step by step”. There are so many online drawing tutorials that teach you to draw birds, but how often do you find one that gives you a good lesson, with a cute or attractive bird that is actually worth drawing. That is why I like uploading submissions that appeal to the artist eye. I know sometimes I may submit something that is boring, or not liked, but believe me, one day in the future you will actually need a tutorial to draw a bird, or table. Not only that but, when you need to draw stuff like beds, lamps, or even a couch for a residential scene, having a step by step guide is going to be beneficial to you right? Well, I guess that is all I can really say in this description for "how to draw a simple bird". Join me next time for another fun filled adventure when I return. Peace out my Dragoart friends, and happy drawing!
