How to Draw Hikaru
There's this anime show called “Ouran High School Host Club” that is becoming increasingly popular with a lot of anime/manga fans. I got a request to do a tutorial on “how to draw Hikaru, step by step”, so that is what I will be showing you now. I don't know too much about this character because I have never even watched the series, or read the manga. The information or description I will give you, is from complete information that I got on the web. From what I've read, the manga series was created by Bisco Hatori. It's a story that is essentially based on a group of students that attend Ouran High School. The individual you will be drawing is one of the main characters who plays as a protagonist. His full name is Hikaru Hitachiin, and in the series he is sixteen years old and he has a twin brother named Kaoru. In the beginning of the series you get a good idea on how these two brothers are as far as personality wise. Basically they are mischievous, devious, and very childish for being sixteen year old young men.The difference between the two brothers is minimal. Kaoru seems to be much nicer and more polite than his childish immature brother Hikaru. I don't know about the series, but just by reading up on it I can honestly say that it is something that I would probably not be into. I like manga and anime series to involve ninja like characters, or vampires, and stuff like that. Nonetheless, I think you fans out there will enjoy learning “how to draw Hikaru, step by step”. I mean lets face it, when you are a particular fan of this manga, it is always fun teaching yourself how to draw Ouran High School Host Club characters. STEP 1.
Start your first step by drawing a circle shape for Hikaru's head. You will then add the facial guidelines and then draw the entire torso shape, as well as the shape of his legs, and arms.
STEP 2.
You will now start sketching out the shape of his face and then sketch out Hikaru's hair style starting with the bangs and sideburns. Next, use the facial guidelines to draw out the shape of Hikaru's eyes.
STEP 3.
Finish sketching out his hair style and then add some minor detailing to the do. You will also finish his eyes, and then add a nose and a mouth. As you can see he also has a nice neck shape.
STEP 4.
Since Hikaru is wearing a suit like jacket, you will sketch that out as well. After that draw the collar and jacket flaps as you see them here, and then give this cutie a tie. Be sure to define and datail his clothes.
STEP 5.
You are almost done with this tutorial on how to draw Hikaru. What you will do here is finish sketching out his jacket, and be sure to wrinkle up the coat tail on the right side where his hand is in his pocket. Next draw the left hand, and then add some crease and or fold lines.
STEP 6.
For your last drawing step all you have to do is draw out the shape of Hikaru's legs and or pants. Once that is done you can add some buttons and then begin erasing all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step on.
STEP 7.
When you are done learning how to draw Hikaru, step by step he should look like the character you see here. Color him in and you are all set!Comments: Post Comment
