Start this first step by drawing out the guidelines and circle shapes of Fred Flintstone. Start by drawing a big circle for his big round head. Then draw in one face guide as well as the long guide for the body. The end results is lollipop like drawi

2

Using the shape you drew in step one, you need to start drawing Fred's face. Start with the forehead and then incorporate the same lining to form his big rounded nose. Next, draw the mouth and and then draw the marking line that forms Fred's five o'c

3

Continue to draw out Fred's head, and then cap it off with his hair. Draw in the small oval shaped eyes, and color in some pupils as well as eyebrows. Next, make a pointed are, and then draw Fred's collar or tie.

4

You will now draw the barrel shape of Fred's body which also happens to be his clothing. Draw some points on the ends of his clothing and then draw the arm and hands.

5

The next step is to draw the legs and his big chunky feet. Draw the toes and add some ankle bones.

6

Now that Fred is all drawn in, all you have to do is sketch out his tie, and all of the rough or rugged spots on his clothing. Erase the mistakes and guides that you drew along your drawing journey before leaving this step.

The line art comes out looking neat, and ready to color in. I hope you enjoyed drawing Fred Flintstone from the Flintstones.

Description: Yabba Dabba Doo, Flintstones, meet the Flintstones they’re a modern stoneage family. From the town of Bedrock, they're a page right out of history. Let's ride with the family down the street. Through the courtesy of Fred's two feet, when you're with the Flintstones, have a yabba dabba doo time, a dabba doo time, we'll have a gay old time! Boy, does that bring back some good old fashioned memories. I use to love the Flintstones and there neighbors Barney and Betty Rubble. Growing up to the cartoon series was a favorite of mine when I would just get home from school or early on Saturday mornings eating my cereal in front of the big console T.V. that my family had in our oversized parlor. I still can remember getting frustrated with the rabbit ears antenna because my show wasn’t coming in clear enough for me to watch at times. I always loved Fred’s sarcastic humor and Wilma’s sensitive but firm personality. She always had Fred’s dinner on the table (which was almost always a big bone or rib of some sorts) and welcomed him home with open arms. His dog Dino also loved welcoming Fred home barking and running toward him knocking him down and slobbering his face with drool. But Fred never seemed to mind, he just lay on the ground taking it like a man and a good master. Fred Flintstone was the main bread winner in the family working as a bronto crane operator at Slate Rock and Gravel Company. His interest and hobbies were going out with Barney to the bowling alley or go to the Loyal Order of Water Buffalo's Lodge. At times it seemed like Fred had a gambling problem when playing poker or betting on bowling games. Never the less he was always a loyal friend, father, and husband to Barney, Pebbles, and Wilma. This tutorial will show you how easy it is to draw Fred Flintstone step by step. The easy to read instructions will put you on a path to drawing out one of the funniest characters of all time. So have fun, and have a Yabba Dabba Doo time!
