Description: I have been waiting so long to do a lesson on this particular character from my childhood. Everyone must obviously love the Rudolph lesson that is number two in “Drago's Top 50”. Well because of that, it gave me a perfect idea to draw another character from the past that I think you will all love and enjoy, “how to draw Jack Frost step by step”. This is what the original character looks like in the old Christmas cartoons that sometimes air on your local ABC Family television station. It is a Christmas special that started airing in 1979. Jack Frost is a memorable character that is an immortal winter spirit who one day wishes to become human because he falls in love with a girl that is a human. Her name is Elisa, and for Jack it was love at first site. After realizing that his feelings are so strong for this one girl, he is willing to give up everything to be with her. He turns to Father Winter and asks him to turn Jack into a human so that he can be with her. Father Winter grants Jack's request under one condition, in order to stay human, Jack must prove that he can make it as a human. That means Jack must establish residence in his own house, own a horse, earn money and or gold, and also marry the woman of his dreams before the start of Spring. Confident that he can succeed at these challenges, he agrees and begins his endeavor. He changes his name from Jack Frost, to Jack Snip, and he also opens his own business as a tailor in the town of January Junction. He is accompanied by two other winter sprites that turned human, Snip the snowflake maker, and Holly the holiday snow gypsy. These two sprites where sent by Father Winter to keep Jack out of trouble. The funny thing about the whole story is that Jack loves a woman that has dreams of marrying another. Elisa dreams of marrying Sir Raveneau one day who is her knight in shinning armor. Anyways, I can't tell you the whole story because then when you watch it, you will already know what to expect and what is going to happen. All I can do for you now is shut up, and show you show you “how to draw Jack Frost step by step”. I hope you guys have fun with this tutorial, and I also hope that you watch the Christmas special this year. Just look for it on your ABC Family channel. Well, I'm off like a dirty shirt, be sure to join me next time for more drawing fun. Peace!
