1

Start this lesson on how to draw the solar system by drawing a long flat like "W". Once that is done you can then draw a total of nine dashes.

2

The longest vertical line is for the shape of the sun. Draw a huge circle for the sun and then draw two smaller circles for Mercury and Venus.

3

Now you will draw the rest of the circle shapes for the rest of the planets which is earth, mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and then Pluto.

4

You will now draw the ring around Saturn and then move to the next and last drawing step. See how easy it is to learn how to draw the solar system?

5

Now you will start shading in your sun, and the other planets as you see here. To see how to color the planets, just enlarge the step to see the shading in more detail. Although I do recommend that you first erase all the guidelines and shapes before

6

Now that you are done learning how to draw the solar system step by step", your drawing should come out looking like the one you see here. I hope you guys had fun, as well as learned something new about the world we live in. Join me next time for ano

Description: I have so many planets uploaded as tutorials that I drew over the course of time. Today I will take a step forward and show you guys “how to draw the solar system”. Now before I move forward to the actual lesson, lets talk about what our solar system is. First off, our solar system consists of all nine planets that surround the sun. Not only is the solar system full of planets, it is also home to moons, asteroids, comets, dust and gas. An interesting fact about the solar system is that everything in it, revolves around our sun. Out of all the material that is out in our system, the sun is the major holder of ninety eight percent of all materials. As we know the sun is the largest planet in our solar system right? Well because it is so massive, it contains the most gravity which in turn, pulls all other planets towards it. The age old question that carries much speculation is “how was our solar system created?” The answer for that may very, but the most common and well known response is, our solar system was definitely created billions of years ago and scientists believe that the solar system was created when a giant cloud and gas began to collapse on itself and formed an explosion which eventually formed our solar system. Did you know that the solar system has over one hundred worlds within itself? Yup, that's true. Although we know of our system to only have nine planets, the solar system, itself is made up of about one hundred worlds that contain minor planets, and even moons that are bigger than Mercury, and you already know that mercury is one of our biggest planets. When you look up in the sky, you can be sure that somewhere up there, there is a big possibility that someone else looking back at you too. We as humans can not believe that we are the only living species that live on one planets out of a system that contains much more than we could ever imagine. I believe in God and everything, I just don't think that God made one planet with living, breathing beings or organisms on it. Out of all the countless stars, planets and moons, you can be sure my friends, that there is more to that endless world than we will ever know. Anyways I think you guys will enjoy learning "how to draw the solar system", step by step. You will draw not only the sun, but you will also draw all nine planets in between. Have fun guys and remember to stay creative, and have a blast drawing!
