Start drawing out the guidelines and shapes to make a framed sketch for your baby dragon. Start with a circle for the head and then add the facial guidelines. Next draw the lining for the dragons neck, and wined arms. You will then sketch out the sha

The first thing you will do here in this second step is, sketch out the shape of the baby dragon's face lower jaw first. Once that is done sketch in the lining for the mouth and then draw the beginning lines for the chest and front arms.

3

Sketch out the entire shape of the baby dragon's neck as you see here and then draw in the spikes that trail down the top of the neck. Once that is complete you can then draw the horns and then sketch out the eyes being sure to darken around the eye

Now you will start sketching out the wings. Before you draw the wings you need to sketch out the shape of the arms that complete the wings make-up. Once the arms are drawn and defined you can start sketching out the finger shapes of the wings as you

Description: Dragons, dragons have been a part of myth and fantasy for centuries and now they are even more popular then ever. Two days ago I drew a dragon while I was live and now today I will submit it. You will get an awesome lesson on “how to draw baby dragon step by step”. I do already have a lesson on a baby dragon but, I wanted to sketch out another that was more detailed and kind of realistic looking. In the end I love how the dragon turned out. Drawing dragons is fun, and you can get as creative as you want to be because dragons are drawn in all different shapes, sizes, and colors. I decided to color in this baby dragon a greenish shade, with his tongue being a bit of a bluish green color. The wings are a deep brick color which emphasis's the color of the baby dragons hyde. The legs and arms are stubby just as a toddler dragon's limbs should look, and the skin is smoother than that of an older dragon. The face of this baby dragon also looks premature which is totally normal. As the dragon grows up the features will be more intense and fierce looking, giving the dragon it's powerful stature. The day I drew this dragon out was so much fun. In the next day, I will be submitting some really cool stuff that I am sure all you artists out there will enjoy. I know its going to be difficult to wait and see what pops up next on Dragoart, but that is the fun of waiting. Well, I guess that's it guys. I will leave you to this tutorial on “how to draw baby dragon step by step”. Peace out and happy drawing guys.
