I have received countless request to draw a Naruto character that at one time was the leader of the Akatsuki organization. His face is usually hidden by the collar of his cloak, and he has a few dots that run down each side of his nose. Without further ado I will show you "how to draw Pain", from Naruto step by step. Pain is a character that has a name that can be spelled a few different ways. The other way you can spell his name is Pein, but in all reality his real name is Nagoto. When he was a kid he lived with his parents in a village that was near Amegakure. When he was still young his parents was killed by two Konoha shinobi when they broke into his home while they were there, and aware that they were being robbed for their food. In order to save their sons life, Nagoto's parents told him to run for safety as they attacked the assailants. He knew that his parents were killed, and from there on he lived as a wanderer going from house to house begging for food. I guess you could say that his life has all around been tough since he was a kid. Eventually he finds a dog named Chibi and together they traveled until they came across two other nomads named Konan and Yahiko. All three individuals wondered together in search for food and shelter. Over time Nagoto became very fond of his pet dog which is why he was heart broken when he was killed in a cross fire. In time the three lonely orphans were trained in the art of ninjutsu and became skilled ninja. Nagato or Pain, was always a sensitive kind boy that had a real problem with killing people even if it met to save his own life, or the life of others. Because of the way he felt, his name eventually was changed to Pain. When he was Pain his personality changes into a detached person that remains calm and serious. He was later Killed in the Naruto series when he kept using chakra to keep reviving everyone. Well that is all I have to say about this Naruto character, I will be back later with more drawing fun so try and stay tuned in to see what pops up next. How to Draw Pain

STEP 1.

Like with all the other Naruto characters I drew, you will start the same way. Draw a circle for the head and then add the facial guidelines. You will then draw the entire outlined shape of Pain's Akatsuki cloak. Once that is done draw out the shapes for his legs and feet.

STEP 2.

You will draw the collar in more detail and then sketch out the spiky outlined shape of his hair style. Next draw the head protector and then sketch out the shape of his face as you see here.

STEP 3.

You will now start drawing out the design on his head protector as you see here and then sketch out the shape of his eyes in full. Color in the pupils and then draw out the nose. You will then sketch out the shape of his sleeves and then draw the zipper or closer line for the cloak.

STEP 4.

You have already reached step four and now you will start sketching out the rest of the flowing shape of Pain's Akatsuki cloak. Once that is done you can draw in two Akatsuki cloud designs and then sketch the shape of his leg as you see here.

STEP 5.

You are already on your last drawing step and all you need to do now is draw the shape of his legs and then his feet. When you draw out the legs and feet, be sure to add detail and definition. Lastly draw another Akatsuki cloud in the middle of his cloak as you see here. Once complete you can start erasing all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.

STEP 6.
