How to Draw Fanboy
This is the second character from the new animated series that is due to be released November 7th that I said I was going to submit. Chum Chum came out pretty cool, but it's time to learn "how to draw Fanboy”. Fanboy is the main character of the cartoon show along with his best friend Chum Chum. The two friends dress up as superheroes on a constant basis and they are extreme fans of fantasy and sci-fi. Fanboy is probably one of the more interesting characters, and as you can imagine they will have foes and allies during the series. The only character that does have superpowers is Kyle who happens to be a wizard. Some other characters that will be a part of the series is Yo, which is a friend of Fanboy and Chum Chum. Then there is The Oz who is the owner of “Oz Comix”. Fanboy and Chum Chum think that Oz is the smartest person on earth that knows absolutely everything. Now as you know every show also needs a bully. In this case the bully is Boog. Boog is also the gate keeper to Game Zone at Frosty's Mart. There is another character named Lenny, and then Mr. Muffin. I think that this series will become a new popular animated show that is going to be liked by many and hated by few. This lesson will teach you “how to draw Fanboy”. I think you will find the tutorial to be easy to follow, and simple to understand. Have fun and remember, draw your hearts out. Peace peeps!

STEP 1.
Now Fanboy is a lanky character that is real long and skinny. You will start by drawing a circle shape for his head and then add the facial guidelines and shapes. Next draw a long vertical line for the face and neck and then incorporate that line into the torso guideline. Add the limb lines for the arms, hips, and legs.
STEP 2.
You will now draw out the shape of Fanboy's head as you see here. Right now his head is shaped like the bottom of a glass bottle. Once that is done you can draw out the ear shapes and detail inside of the right ear.
STEP 3.
Now you will sketch out the shape of his eyebrows and then add some color to them as well. You will then draw out the eyes, eyelids, and pupils as you see here as well as the nose, mouth and teeth. Add detailing to the left ear and then begin drawing out the actual shape of his torso, arms, and hands.
STEP 4.
Finish sketching out the arms and then begin drawing the rest of his body as you see here. Draw the long limp cape and then draw the emblem on the front of his superhero outfit. Draw the shape of his skinny legs and then draw the separation lines for the sleeves, gloves, and boots.
STEP 5.
For your last drawing step all you have to do is draw his big feet which are also his sneakers. After that is done you can start erasing all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one. Once that is done you can move to the final step to see what your Fanboy and Chum Chum character looks like.
STEP 6.
Now that you are done with this tutorial on "how to draw Fanboy" you should have a drawing that looks like the one you see here. I hope you had fun with this character, color him in and your all set.Comments: Post Comment
